We search for the right candidates in our database and once people show positive response to the call, we scrutinize the resumes and shortlist the candidates for the preliminary interviews. After which, we select the best people whom we feel the client should interview. Through the elimination process, interact with the client. The idea is to send only the pick of the crop.
Head-hunting Search Facility
This is a well known fact that some of the best talent responds more favorably to a person-to-person approach. We specialize in this search facility. Since we work closely with client, our initial screening process separates the wheat from the chaff and we send only those people who we feel would fit the role best. Bethel Consultant has developed a computerized database of resumes which is a result of long hours spent on careful and scrupulous examination of CV’s. We are engaged in constantly enlarging and updating this databank. Each of the resumes has been classified by age, education & experience and trade specification. This has been instrumental in making the data bank comprehensive, up-to-date, accurate and fast.
